1. Website use and inquiries

The website provides information about our real-estate purchasing activities and ways to request contact or a potential purchase offer. Please use it lawfully and provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. You should be at least 18 and have authority to provide information about a property or act for its owner.

These Terms do not require you to sell a property, pay a fee to submit an inquiry, or enroll in calls or text messages. Any agreement to buy or sell real estate must be documented separately and signed by the appropriate parties. If you do not agree to the website-use terms, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Property estimates and purchase discussions

Website statements, automated property estimates, repair calculations, and spoken or written preliminary proposals are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Estimates from third-party sources, including Zillow, are not an appraisal or a guaranteed sale price. Any final offer, closing date, allocation of costs, contingencies, and other transaction terms are governed by a separately executed purchase agreement.

3. Calls, assistants, and privacy

Enrollment. Before activation, each intended recipient must provide separate affirmative consent to receive these staff notifications at the number they supply, after being informed of the sender, purpose, frequency, possible charges, and opt-out method. Consent records must be retained. Publishing these Terms, providing a phone number, or submitting a property form does not enroll a recipient. Consent is not a condition of purchase or obtaining services.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies with the number of calls transferred to the enrolled representative. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message, but no further program messages unless you provide new consent to re-enroll. You can also request removal by contacting the Company.
